Step – 2

At that time you click on the above link, and you can see the Homepage of PMJAY CSC Scheme. To open Ayushman Bharat CSC Cloud Web you have to enter CSC ID and Password.

Step – 3

When you log in to the Ayushman Bharat CSC Cloud Web, Next you have to Authorize to move into the next step.

To authorize into the Ayushman Bharat CSC Cloud Web, you have to click on the Hit Button.

Step – 4

Common Service Center Operator will give you facilities of Download and Print of Ayushman Bharat Golden Card.

You have to pay only 30 Rupees to get Ayushman Bharat Card.

How to create Ayushman Bharat Card?

First, the Common Service Center Operator has to approve their Ayushman Bharat BIS Portal.

After Selection of and Approval of the Ayushman Bharat BIS Portal, Common Center Service Operator will move on to the process of registration.

When the Registration process is complete Common Center Service Operator will download and print Ayushman Bharat Golden Card.

It will take 7 to 10 days to make Ayushman Bharat Card. Under Ayushman Bharat Card, Beneficiaries will take benefits on all medical services. This card is applicable in Government and Private, Medical, Dental, and other Hospitals.
